2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the event, you will receive a refund excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances.
In the rare event we need to cancel, a full refund will be issued, and we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements.

4. Event Hire Terms

Equipment must be used in a safe and responsible manner by both our staff and your guests.
Our team reserves the right to refuse service to any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe way.
Any damage caused to our equipment due to misuse may be chargeable.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have suitable access, space, and power supply at your venue.

5. Liability

Popcorn and Candy Floss Hire is fully insured with public liability cover.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse of equipment or by factors outside of our control, such as venue conditions, weather, or guest behaviour.
You are responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions (e.g., from venue or council) are in place for us to operate.

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Popcorn and Candy Floss Hire and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free.
